BACM offers acupuncture and herbal medicine services to students and their immediate family members at any BACM student intern clinic locations for a reduced cost. Students and their immediate family members can access acupuncture and/herbal consultation for $30 per visit. Appointments may be scheduled with clinic front desks. Students also receive discounts at BACM herbal medicine on raw or powder herbs for their personal use. Discounts range from 15-35% depending on the brand.

Student Grievances
The president’s office will create a Grievance Committee for processing and addressing student academic grievances in classes or clinic grievances during the internship. The following implementation procedures are delineated for students to observe:
All students are encouraged to resolve difficulties by direct discussion with the parties involved. If the resolution is not achieved by direct communication, a meeting of the Grievance Committee can be requested. The Grievance Committee consists of one faculty member, one member of the administration, and one student representative, appointed by the president. A request must be made in writing and filed with the Administrative Office. The Administrative Office will schedule a meeting of the Grievance Committee within two weeks after the written request has been received. The person(s) filing the grievance may be requested to appear before the Grievance Committee. A decision will be rendered within seven days of the Grievance Committee meeting. When no satisfactory resolution is achieved, a complaint can be filed with the BACM President. The president will review the case and a final decision will be made.
